12-piece Pearl ELX Export in Blue Mist - Neil Peart tribute Kit.Up for sale is this beautiful Neil Peart tribute kit from an estate collection. It's a Pearl ELX Export Series kit in Blue Mist. Inspired by Neil Peart, this entire set was put together by my brother, Kevin and it’s all essentially brand new (all cymbals, heads and hardware too). Kevin was a passionate collector and never played it. No one has and it’s beautiful. The true color is best captured in that badge close up image - that tint of blue is amazing! Included is a Gator ProTechtor soft case for every drum!
Right now, I'm looking for local pick up and my hope is to sell the whole kit as shown. I am willing to negotiate and take out a few things here and there to make the best deal for the right buyer but I'm not in a hurry and I have no desire to part it all out just yet!
All 12 cymbals are all Sabian Paragon Neil Peart signature cymbals and they come with two Sabian travel bags. The hardware is all Pearl Heavy duty and in perfect condition! It includes a double bass hoop mount for the hi hat and has a remote hi-hat set up (closed) as well. All cymbal stands are boom arm except one.
It comes with 2 sets of Pearl pedals and cases for each set. Twin PowerShifter Pedals or a PowerShifter Eliminator double pedal in case you wanted to emulate Neil’s more recent kit and go with one kick. You also get a beautiful Vapor Trails kick head too if you go that route! You could also split it all up and have two separate kits if you like! I also have three Pearl Aluminum Octobans with (stands) included here to consider as well. (shown in a few pictures and included in the price). The chrome stripe across all drums is a custom add-on and is removable if you prefer and it will come with a brand new 5’x 7’ carpet too.
