The Tom Mounting system only has one hole through the bass drum which retains more of the drums sound.
This hardware type system is used on many higher end kits such as the Yamaha top kits.
The drums are in good vintage condition. The wrap has scuffs scrapes etc...The bass wrap has wrinkls and is peeling up at the seem a bit. All pieces of hardware are present but may not be all original as there are new claws on the front of the bass drum and some of the tension rods were added. The hardware can use lube, cleaning, polishing, tightening etc... as it is an older kit and has signs of use and age. Been just sitting in storage for a long time. The heads are playable. The original top heads were placed on the bottom as they have many stick dents etc...The bass drum head has a bands markings on it from another kit. If I had time I would recondition this entire set because it sounds great and has the better quality hardware. The snare drum sounds great and has a new Evans batter head and the bottom head and snare a fine.
It's not pretty but it is very playable now. Tune it up and it's ready to Rock. It can be a beauty if refinished.
