    1908 postcard featuring the U.S. Capitol with an inset of William Jennings Bryan, which the card calls "Our Next President." Bryan was the Democratic nominee in 1908 for the third time (after losing in 1896 and 1900). He served as secretary of state under President Woodrow Wilson from 1913-1915.
    Franked on Jan. 28, 1910, and sent by "M.H." to the writer's sister, Thresla (?) Herman in LaCrosse, Wisconsin.
    Postcard measures 5 3/8" x 3 3/8".
