Tips
The cable is directional. The end with the red zip tie is the destination (amplifier/preamp/pa) and the other end is the source (guitar/microphone). To help you remember, try putting two different colored heat shrinks on the cable. One on each end
Use a coaxial wire stripper. Ideal's Model #45-520.
There is a black “skin” around the white lead that is conductive. Make sure that you trim away this skin so that it does not make contact with the other connections on the plug.
