Old Weathervane HORSE off Lightning rod bullet holes folk art decoration vintage
This horse came off a lightning rod weather vane arrow. It is in rustic condition and nicely aged from 100 plus years in the weather.
*This would make a great folk art wall decoration.
*The bullet holes add to the vintage look. Who among us hasn’t shot at a
weathervane?
*What is left is likely to fragile to weld back on an arrow.
*I am unsure what it was made from. It is too heavy for aluminum and the seam was soldered.
*The seam is open some on the back and one hoof is corroded away.
*The bottom of the hoofs is thin from being
dissolved by rain.
*The horse has weathered and what remains is a nice textured piece of art work. It looks like someone put a clear coat finish on it.
* It is 8" tall and is 10" long.

Returns
