is the “Top of the Line” offering from
PREMIER
Drums. They are “Custom Built and Hand Crafted” by skilled craftsmen in Leicestershire England. This division of Premier offers one of the very few truly “Hand-Made” drums in the world today which has been passed down from generation to generation with all its secrets and craftsmanship intact. This series was inspired and designed to utilize the classical, traditional history of drum making with the innovations and expertise of today’s engineers. There’s more than 80 years of design know how that created these beautifully “Handcrafted” Premier series of drum shells.
I’m selling the 2006 “
PREMIER SERIES”
in a White Marine Vintage wrap. The 13 x 9 Small Tom and two 16 x 16 Floor Toms are constructed using a 4 ply maple shell with a 4 ply maple traditional interior support hoop. The 24 x 18 Bass Drum is constructed using a 6 ply maple shell with a 4 ply maple traditional interior support hoop. These shells feature a slightly undersized (3mm) shell specification. When combined with a unique precision cut for the bearing edge, the two create increased sensitivity, enhanced clear resonance with a rapid response, truer tone. The drumhead fits flatter on the bearing edge resulting in an extended and more versatile tuning range producing a greater lower end response. All of this works together to deliver the maximum potential of maples warm and punchy, rich deep tone qualities. Bold designed lugs with individual tension casings, claw designed hooks with protective rubber plinths for the bass drum rims and an I.S.O mounting system with a hide away memory lock Tom bracket. These display a “Hand Polished” heavy chromed finish that you’ll find stunning which certainly adds to the overall quality and beauty of the drum kit.
The 14 x 5.5
Modern Classic Snare Drum
was designed after the vintage drums of the past but constructed with today’s technologies. This drum also features the slightly undersized (3mm) shell specification along with the unique precision cut for the bearing edge. This allows for the heads to sit flatter producing a more versatile tuning range with greater sensitivity. In addition, the snare wires sit flatter to the snare bed creating increased response and sensitivity while reducing snare rattle. This maple shell does not offer the traditional interior support hoop. You’ll love the traditional appearance with its tubular hand polished chrome lugs and strong nickel operating throw off. The Modern Classics distinct antique badge is the stamp of professional approval. Absolutely beautiful in appearance and sound quality.
The
6000 Series of hardware
is also top of the line. This extremely heavy duty hardware, like the drums themselves, are built for touring yet perfect for recording sessions as well. Professional in every sense of the word. The Hi-Hat, Snare and Cymbal Stands are designed to be heavily constructed with the
strength and mechanisms to keep your adjustments in place. This is solid, heavy duty hardware. The kit comes with 1 heavy duty Snare Stand, 1 heavy duty Hi-Hat stand, 1 heavy duty Boom Stand with 2 heavy duty straight Cymbal stands. In addition, there is 1 small cymbal stand with elbow that slides itself into the opening at the center of the RokLok Double Tom Holder. I only used one of the tom holders for the small tom. The other holder I used for a cow bell or wood block etc. You can purchase a single tom holder #2290 if you have no need for the double tom holder. ****In the photograph I provided you there are 2 Boom Cymbal stands. I am only selling 1 of the Boom stands and adding a straight cymbal stand in its place. All hardware is of the same 6000 series and time of manufacturing. The Drum Pedal is of the highest quality with duel chains for speed and durability.

LP-229 Mambo Cowbell
is 8 1/2 inches in length and has a large playing surface. With a deep, distinctive pitch the Mambo Bell is one that can be easily heard and utilized for pretty much any style.
Included with it is an LP bass drum mount assembly which can also be used on cymbal stand piping. (see photograph I provided for cymbal attachment of the cow bell)
Signature Drum Bags
have a rugged nylon exterior with large duel zippers, adjustable shoulder straps and strong grips. The interior has a dense protective padding that will keep the drums well insulated. Each bag has the PREMIER signature logo on top in white scrip with a maroon color background for the remaining surface. The sides and bottom are black.

I ordered this kit in 2006. It has “NEVER” left my home studio and is in absolute “MINT” condition. In fact PREMIER could ship this kit today direct from Leicestershire England and label it as being manufactured this year. After 15 years, acoustically it has beautifully mellowed producing a seasoned, tonal resonance any drummer would want supporting him for his career. Aesthetically as you can see in the photograph provided, again and for all intensive purposes it could be considered as having been manufactured this year. Everything is completely original and in “Brand New Condition” from the drums, to the hardware to the bags. You’ll not find another kit like this. It is perfect.
