    Description

    Roger's Big R 6 Piece Kit in RARE Metallic Gold Wrap. Drum sizes are 22, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12. Looks even better in person. Bearing edges are very good. Hoops on bass drum are very good. Hoops on tom toms are very good. Lugs & Tension rods are very good. Triple Bass Drum Tom Mount, 4 Tom Tom Mounting Arms. Remo heads batter & resonant. Kit has been completely taken apart, cleaned, polished with new lube for the tension rods. Over 47 hours of labor to make it look new again! Chrome shines like NEW! Kit was purchased new, set up in an environmentally controlled atmosphere and never moved until now. Kit is as original as it gets except for the heads. I did replace the floor tom legs with rubber inserts on both the top & bottom of each leg. The original floor tom leg rubber feet crumbled into pieces when I removed them. That's the only thing that is new. The 12, 16 & 22 have clear interior shells. The 13, 14 & 15 have the gray interiors. All the shells have the same plies except the 14 is a 5 ply with reinforcement rings. Wrap has no fading. Now for the one and only issue with this kit. The Metallic Gold Wrap that Roger's used had serious issues with cracking & peeling. Most of the kits wrapped in this particular color didn't survive and were rewrapped at some point. This kit does have some cracks in the wrap but they cannot be seen from a few feet away. The 12 is the worse with the cracks. It's the last photo. The other 5 drums are not that bad. Even with the cracks in the wrap there are no missing or loose pieces. I'd rather sell with a Local Pick Up but will ship in the 48 US STATES ONLY for 0 which will also cover insurance. If shipping/insurance cost is less I always refund the difference.
