Fantastic set of tiles.
The bold lines capture the Native American's profile . I wonder if the profiles were Aztec or Mayan?
A touch of turquoise color really bring out the art.
I referred to the center as a Phoenix, it just as well could be an eagle or a hawk.
I have seen a number of her tiles and this set ranks in the top five.
Cleo passed away June of 2020 and the world lost an artist and storyteller.
Each tile is 6" x 6" and the entire piece of art is about 13" by 7".
Frame is in nice shape, there is some slight wood loss on the back top edge. It appears to be from the shop that way since the stain covers the area.
