    You are bidding on a super cool 12" North Drums Tom!  It is of the Italian era, with the fiberglass mesh being easiest to work with.  Unprofessionally sanded & painted outside yellow, inside black.  Edged trimmed with Pearl Marching Tom Edge Guard.  Original color, solid red.
